Music from around the world-- China, Mexico, Serbia, Cuba, South Africa-- has profoundly shaped my ear and my voice. More recently, I've been staying closer to home and performing as a Pittsburgh jazz singer on the regular, and you can often catch me out and about the local scene with the talented players in RML Jazz. 

I've long written my own expansive, narrative, shape-shifting songs, and am thrilled about the release of Exetastes, an album of original jazz/world/hard to classify songs with a versatile and generous group of collaborators, starting and ending with the fabulous multi-instrumentalist Greg Lutz (arrangements, keys, clarinet, sax, flute, guitar, and audio engineering).
